What is our return policy? Lockouttech.com offers a 15day money-back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 15 days for return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number (R.A.N.) being issued prior. To acquire a (R.A.N.) please email Lockouttech.com Customer Service.
Returned items in "new" condition will be credited back for the full purchase amount in the form of store credit or if you wish to receive credit to your credit card then you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products that have been used or are otherwise not in original condition or packaging can not be refunded or exchanged as we do not sell used merchandise. We do not accept returns on international orders.
How to make a Return:
-Simply email Lockouttech.com Customer Service with RAN in the subject line.
-Lockouttech.com will get a Return authorization Number (RAN) and email it to you.
-Please note that this RAN must be clearly marked on all packages.
-Place a NEW ORDER at Lockouttech.com with the size and color you would like.
